Dr. Armendariz berates and humiliates patients. He is grossly unprofessional to the point that I am filing a complaint with the medical board. He refused to look at my family member’s medical history, berated her medical condition, and spoke derogatory about my family member in front of other physician assistants that were being trained. My family member sobbed in the car because a doctor had never humiliated her like that before. His treatment of patients is outrageous.

Recommendednormally the service is rolling here, sometimes gets a little slow. love Dr. Cazares, such an astute, on his game, Doctor! did i mention he is adorable too? 😜😁🤣
Ive had the worst experience in my life with this Doctor, staff and their system. It's simply set up to bill you anyway possible. I was treated as a customer not a patient. Horrible wait times rude staff. If you need medical help. Do not come here.

Fui porque me llamaron para darme resultados de un estudio que me hice en el Centro de diagnóstico del mismo Dr Armendariz, después de esperar, me pasan para decirme que lo estudios que me habian dicho ya teniana listos, no los tenian, que aun no estaban, perdi mi dia de trabajo. De ahí me fui al centro de Diagnóstico y ahi tenian ya listos mis estudios, al parecer, no los pidieron. I see Dr Casares. He is wonderful and I would give him 5 stars � � � � �. I checked in on line. I was called to front desk 45 minutes after my appt time to review paperwork. Found out my authorization was expired. They wanted to reschedule for 3 weeks. Fortunately I have secondary insurance and gave them that. An hour and a half after appt time vitals. Another 15 minutes later, finally see Doctor. I appreciate the fact that doctors take time with each patient but I was with the doc less than 30 minutes.
Wrost clinic in the world. Medical services from Juárez are much better than services provided by Armendáriz's nurse practitioners.
If I could give this place zero or negative stars, I would. I came in to get a script refilled and waited over 2.5 hours to see a doctor. I gave the doctor my lab results, she reviewed them, asked me a couple questions, and then began to write my script. I normally get a one year script for this medication but she would only write me a script for one month. 3 weeks later, I received a bill in the mail for over $700!
