My experience as a new patient was beyond my expectations. From the front desk staff, Carolina, Ingrid who spent time trying to find a vein to draw blood, to Cristina Media, the PA. They all took their time with me. Cristina spent a good amount of time with me making sure she had all my information and explaining some new medications. Thank you for making me feel at ease. Dr Christina Medio is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have been lucky enough to see. I have been treated by her for the last several years and I feel we have become more like friends than Doctor and patient. I can honestly say that in 2016 she saved my life. By not taking the negative results of an x ray at face value, she trusted her instincts, and recommended that I go to ER, even though I insisted I was fine.
