Raechel has been my PCP for about a year now. With my previous doctors, I was always told to call them by their first name. Out of habit I called Dr. O'Kelley by her first name Raechel and was criticized for not addressing her by her title and lacking "proper decorum." I know that a doctor's primary responsibility is medicine but I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child. I have found Dr. O'Kelley to be very responsive and listens intently. She is easy to deal with and prompt with her responses.

Not a great sign when the first thing you tell your patient is how little time you have to talk with them with a big sigh…I didn’t feel valued or listened to. It was rushed and she didn’t spend more than 15 minutes in the room. Won’t be returning. I also called the practice manager who never called me back. Absolutely not a place I want to deal with regarding my health and wellness.

I have been seeing Dr. Raechel O’Kelley ever since she joined the practice as my previous doctor there retired. She has been an excellent doctor! I have never experienced anything but good visits with her. She is relatable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have never felt rushed and have always been respected. I couldn’t have been more please to have my “new” doctor be a perfect match.
