Worst experience ever. Went for a normal checkup, Dr Radhika suggested to remove one of my teeth and put a cap. She did prolongated procedure for more than 1hr and I couldn’t keep my mouth open for long time. She didn’t stop in between when I said it’s paining as well. Because of that, got TMJ misalignment and went through a lot of pain for 8 months. Such a worst experience. I won't even give a star to her cuz she was extremely arrogant. I took my mother-in-law for the baaic cleaning which did not even last for 10 mins. She disrepected me, no greetings nothing just came and started doing the job as if she wanted to get it done asap and took the new patient. Very informal no professionalism at all.
Dr. Radhika is such a gem she helps the pt to navigate the process and make you feel comfortable I really enjoyed my first appointment with her and the staff is amazing too definitely would be my go to dentist
Not good experience. The doctor was rude and made my teeth feel very uncomfortable. She just wanted to get the job done and don’t care how you feel. The basic clean only last 15 mins which was the shortest experience I ever had. She skipped many steps! Will not come again.
