I had a toothache and had gone to my excellent local dentist on Vashon Island, Dr. Rasmussen, who upon seeing my x-ray told me that I needed a root canal and recommended Dr. Rachelle Cohen at West Seattle Endodontics. His assistant called and got me an appointment with Dr. Cohen the same day! Dr. Cohen is extremely helpful - she explained everything about my procedure. She made every attempt to save a tooth that was giving me trouble because it was cracked. Upon discovery, at another dentist office who was to install a crown, it was discovered that my tooth was actually cracked in 3 places, and so the tooth needed to be pulled instead. Dr. Cohen was very generous in that she did not have me pay for the entire work done in her office because the outcome was not what she had planned for. I am very pleased with her ... read more
What a remarkable place West Seattle Endodontics is! Dr. Cohen is an exceptionally pleasant, compassionate and caring person as well as a skillful endodontist. My root canal procedures were comfortable and painless! I am very grateful for all their hard work and highly recommend Dr. Cohen and her outstanding team.
I had a root canal done at Dr. Cohen's office, after being told by another dentist that I'd need to have it done under IV sedation or in the hospital, due to a genetic issue. Dr. Cohen was incredible. I literally never felt the injections, and it was totally pain free. I would highly recommend this office to anyone wanting a pain free experience.

This was a practice that works so well together. Very efficient & spot on with all the details to make my first root canal very simple. These talented people made me feel at ease & had that true sense of caring for their patient.
I was referred to Dr. Cohen by a different dentist. When I called the office, they did not hesitate to take me... and by the way, if you get referred to Dr. Cohen by a different dentist, that means a lot to me as a patient....
