Great doctor, very caring
Visiting Dr. Souers, we waited 35 minutes to be called back. Once we were called back, after waiting an additional 15 minutes she came in and started a visit with my daughter and I. My daughter had to leave a sample and she told us she would wait for us outside the restroom door to take the sample. We came out and I noticed she had left us in the middle of our appointment to see another patient. This left us to wait an additional 30 minutes. That is terrible bed side manner.
