A great doctor. She’s kind, knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. She speaks directly to my child and listens carefully to her. She works hard to problem solve and I never feel dismissed with respect to my concerns. In urgent matters, she will contact us by phone for guidance rather than having her admin refer us to ER. Best paediatrician we’ve seen in the city.
Not informative receptionist. Can't stay on one statement. And if you ask question to confirm she will say I don't know and hang up.
