Dr. Rachel Nolander-Poppel is probably one of the most skilled smile smiths in south central Minnesota. She’s fun and easy to talk to, maybe a little intimidating but not in a bad way at all- she’s just obviously intelligent and driven.
6 months ago I went in,I was a repeat patient. I was checked in and was taken in back my dental hygienist did her job. The doctor came in ,did her check up, recommended some things .after she left the hygienist got to inform me my insurance was dropped.... my jaw dropped. I was never notified nor given the choice when I checked in. The doctor who the hygienist claim "forgot" to tell me. I was told to settle my bill.
