Thank you and your team for taking me on today to fix my retainer I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service especially with easing my fear and anxiety.
I would recommend our office due to the fact that we always take extra care with every patient. Their comfort is very important to us. We take every precaution to ensure are patients safety. How often we see patients that come in nervous and it's incredible to see how quickly they become at ease and are so happy to come visit again. Call you w9nt be disapointed! Just had a good exam here. The dental hygenist Lisa was very kind and patient, as were the receptionists at the front. Looks like I passed! Still no cavities since the age of 9; not gonna say hold old I am, but that was last millennium! Apparently, I'm brushing for too long, though, at 7 minutes each time, leading to slight gum recession; time flies when you brush and watch videos or TV. Who knew that could be a problem!
It’s been a long time since I felt at ease in a dental office and today was more than I expected in so many ways ...the staff , the atmosphere , the procedure etc etc , 100% thumbs up and highly recommended .
I just want to publicly say how amazing this office is! I’m not an “easy” patient and the amount of kindness, patience and understanding that Dr N, Diane (I believe that was her name) and my hygienist Jamie gave me today was ABOVE AND BEYOND!! SO thankful to have chosen this office when I recently moved to Cornwall!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I have had a 5 star experience with Dr. Navaneelan and her staff. They work together like a well oiled machine. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Never have I been to a dentist where everyone from the front desk, to the people working on you are so welcoming, polite, and fantastic at what they do. Thank you to all of you!!
