Dr Callens was a literal "fresh breath of air" in helping me understand the ongoing issues I had with feeling lethargic. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and asked questions beyond what I've been accustomed to in prior medical visits to get to the "why". Her subsequent follow ups were handled in a timely manner as well.
Dr. Callens has truly changed my health for the better. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and gets to the root cause—not just the symptoms. I’ve seen real improvements in my energy, mood, and cycle. Highly recommend her for personalized, natural women’s care.
I’ve had a challenging experience managing my care with Dr. Callens. Unfortunately, communication has been a recurring issue. Many of my phone calls went unanswered, often going straight to voicemail. On a few occasions, I would receive an email follow-up after leaving a message, but phone calls were never returned, which felt impersonal. Dr. Callens is the answer to my prayers. I had so many doctors running test, and prescribing medications that were making me even sicker. No one could tell me what was happening. A friend suggested I see Dr. Callens; she has changed my life. I have been able to come off all the medication the other doctors have prescribed. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months and feel better than I have felt in years. I wish more doctors took the time to get to the bottom of what the issues really are.
