Dr. Ellerkmann is an excellent physician. He is kind and patient as well as learned. He is willing to answer all questions. As a retired nurse, I'm not easily impressed, but I have just gone through a surgery with an easier recovery than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Ellerkmann.
Besides excellent care, Dr. Ellerkmann has the most efficient office that I have ever seen!
My medical "issues " developed fairly rapidly and if it had not been for the recommendation by a neighbor that I seek a consult from Dr Ellerkmann I still may be looking for answers. I had never heard of a Urogynecologist , but that is exactly who I needed to see. My initial consult was so informative and Dr Ellerkmann's wisdom, expertise and kind manner made my decision to have surgery easier than I would have thought. His office staff is great too. Dr. Ellerkmann is outstanding all around. He sits down with you and explains your condition. He explains the procedure or options to fix the "problem " and then he answers any questions or concerns you may have. An appointment is scheduled in a timely fashion. He fixed my "problems " that I had ever since I can remember. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellerkmann. He is #1 in my book. P.S. Appointments made quickly. Dr E is very thorough with explaining the surgery using pictures and layman’s terms after his gentle exam. All questions were answered patiently. The robotic procedure is far superior to the traditional incision allowing a very easy recovery. The office staff are polite, efficient, and considerate. I would highly recommend Dr. ellerkman!
Definitely! Dr. Ellerkmann is an excellent physician. From the preliminary visit in Sept. 2017 to the surgery in Jan. 2018 (hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids), he provided excellent care. His extensive knowledge, skill, recommendations and overall concern put my husband and I at ease and secured our confidence. He did an awesome job! I had minimal discomfort and a speedy recovery after my surgery. I am very thankful for his professional expertise in providing a viable solution for me.
The results of my surgery have made my life much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ellerkmann to my family and friends that might be experiencing prolapse bladder issues. He took the time to explain the procedure to my husband and me. Thank you

He put me at ease immediately, listened attentively, addressed my concerns & gave us a list of options - assuring me that he'd honor my choice & work for the most successful outcome possible. My husband was really impressed by his willingness to answer multiple questions and give in-depth explanations. He never made us feel rushed; we felt as if he had all the time in the world to devote to our concerns. We felt confident in his skills.
