AWESOME DOCTOR! There are not enough words to tell you what an exceptional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor this man is. Dr. Ellerkmann is like the "old fashion" doctor from years ago. I was referred to Dr. Ellerkman by my very reputable GYN. I was facing complex woman issues and needed an expert specialist. Before making my consultation appointment I did lots of research. I found that Dr. E. received about 98% of very high reviews, was highly qualified and he was one of only 50 doctors in the US that performed vaginal hysterectomies. If you decide to trust Dr Ellerkmann with your medical needs, you will be in expert hands. He will guide you safely through your experience in spite of the inept condition of our country's medical system. In my case, my insurance which was always there for me in the past, stood between me and my surgery for prolapsed bladder. I have been patient of Dr. Ellerkmann for about 3 years! I can only say that I wish I had met him years prior!! He is a very patient, understanding person! He takes the time with you when explaining things and his staff is also wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellerkmann and I highly recommend Mercy Hospital where he operates out of! I have been a patient of Dr. Ellerkmann for 4 years. During this time I have been a routine patient, I have had elective surgery and emergency surgery. He operated on me June 10 2019, and explain everything he was going to do to me. He came out after the operation and talked to my husband. My husband was very pleased with this doctor and so am I.
