Worst service they dr took 1 hrs just to come see me i had to wait even after coming on time for my appointment coz of that I missed my other appointment I get one day off to do my checkups and here you need whole day worst 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
Overall experience is okay but waiting time is horrible even after coming on time for appointments I had to wait 45 minutes I missed other appointments.
His name should be QUACK NGUYEN. He deserves all the bad reviews you see. I waited weeks for my appointment for my vertigo, took paid time off from work to go to a 2:30 PM weekday appointment, he was 40 minutes late to our appointment and all he told me was I need to clean out my own ears for the next appointment. What the hell! Avoid him at all costs!
I tried to make an appointment with this office and had a frustrating experience. Their voicemail instructed me to leave my name and phone number so they could call me back to schedule. I followed the instructions and left a message last week, but no one returned my call. I waited and tried calling again this week, leaving another voicemail, but still haven’t received any response.
