Finally a dentist who truly listens and involves patient in choosing best treatment. I appreciate the great care I've had at my first two appointments. Peridontal cleanings every three months, watch progression of loosening teeth and bone loss, a conservative approach to replacements is better at 70 than pulling and implants. Wonderful in-house insurance really helps.
My husband and I have nothing but high praise for the whole office. Everyone there has been so pleasant. You really feel that they care about their patients from the very beginning to the post visit care . We have never had a dentist or hygienist be so thorough with the exams and with any care they provide Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this office. Told my coworker about it and she loves them also!
I hate dental work at all, even cleaning, but the staff at Ocala Family Dentistry are beyond phenomenal. Our entire family is treated by Dr. Cartwright and her staff and they never fail to impress. They always put the patient first and are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I love Dr. Cartwright and her concern for her patients, not only does she give the best dental care but she also wants people to be comfortable in her office. From TVs, and massage chairs, but more importantly she and staff made me calm when I was anxious. Rochelle, my dental hygienist, understands my anxiousness and does everything she can to make me as comfortable as possible. She is AMAZING. I am probably one of the most anxious people about going to the dentist ANY dentist... I have had 3 appointments and though I don’t normally write reviews on anything.. I want to let others who might have the same dental anxieties know that this is a great place...
I was very impressed with our Hygienist Rochelle. This is the second time I've seen her and each time she is thorough, very concerned about our health, and takes the time to make sure everything is going well. She treats us as if we are part of her own family. She has a great bedside manner and does a lot to put us at ease (which for me, as a scaredy cat, goes a long way)
As a new client I was extremely impressed how the staff and Dr attended to my daughter who is 8. The way they made my daughter feel so comfortable and trust them was just short of magic! I couldnt be more confident she was in great hands. We will definitely be returning for all her dental needs. Thank you Ocala family dentistry!
