I have been getting my eye exams here for years and have been a long term patient of Dr. Yip’s. She has always been incredibly friendly and professional. She takes the time to listen and always makes you feel comfortable and respected. I trust her recommendations because it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ best interests. I honestly don’t understand why this place or she has negative reviews—my experience has been nothing but excellent.
Optometrist was fine. Really liked that they have a lot of equipment in store. Appointment was easy to make. Reason for the 2 star - the prescription for lenses/glasses is only good for 12 months. Insurance pays for a new eye exam every 24 months. I cannot get any glasses now as my “prescription has expired”. I tried to call 3 times and left a message that no one returned to ask about this practice and see if they will change their “expiry” date to 24 months, like all other Optometrist. Guess the answer is no
amol patil is a very rude optometrist !! He is attacking you when you talk to him either by his facial expressions or by voice tone!! I don’t know why he is so rude and arrogant!!! He has nothing amazing !!
Don't go here!!! They gave me progressive lenses when I don't actually need them. Then refused to rectify the problem!
I didn’t get a proper prescription. No vayan a este sitio !!! No sirven para nada !!!! La gente va porque piensa que pertenece a cotsco … pero no hacen bien los exámenes y luego quieren que pagues de nuevo …. Dr Alan Poon fue quien me hizo el examen y no es correcto , perdí mi dinero porque me hicieron los lentes con una mala prescripción!!!! Ojo los optometrist no pertenecen a COTsCO … avoid to go to this place ……. Read all the reviews they just want your money ……. They are not part of COtSCo !!!!!!!
