The only reason this office gets a 3 star, is because I’m very pleased with my veneers..........everything else was a complete and utter mess. From beginning to end. The poor communication, unprofessionalism and deception was blatant and I should have taken heed before paying my first deposit!!!! Their so called office manger (Cathy) is deceptive, unreliable and and disorganized. I received the worst service there from the entire staff, especially Jackie! She is so lazy, and possibly the worst person I have ever had the experience of working with. She absolutely has no idea on what’s going on. I spent $10,000 having veneers put in and five months after one of my crowns came out. It broke halfway inside my gum, which was causing me pain. Amazing office staff and dentist. From the front desk, to the hygienist, and Dr. Q. My family was at ease and loved how thorough they were explaining the insurance lingo. Never been to an office that has been able to explain the insurance.

Experience was not well it was rushed and done improperly me and my brother went and they didn’t give any full diagnosis of our teeth he had a lot of mishaps with his teeth that needed to be handled and instead of handling the mishaps and the general corrections of his teeth they proceeded to fit him for his veneers on top of putting the temporary veneers on his teeth
