I wouldn’t let this office diagnose a freckle. Unfortunately I went there. After deciding on a new Dr these clowns won’t even return a call. I’d find a Dr who will follow through and who has a real staff. I do not recommend these people in any way!
I was able to get in to the office quickly. I liked the visits with the doctor. I felt she was listening and took my concerns very seriously. I do late appointments and have not had a long wait to get in the room. She did make a mistake by freezing a spot too quickly where I had said I had a wart but not yet showed it to her. The spot she froze was not a wart and so probably didn't need as deep of freeze. If not for that I would have given her a 5 star rating. But I will definitely be staying at this office.
She is the best most kindest understanding doctor I’ve ever went to. She takes her time and listens to everything you have to say.
I was a bit worried because of the low reviews but this office offered the soonest appointment and needed peace of mind. Dr.V was the kindest, sweetest and very professional her front office staff also very professional. Dr. V as she introduced herself is a very knowledgeable Doctor and was very quick in diagnosing and answering any concerns. I absolutely recommend her and when necessary I will be returning to her.
