Dr Ray is a fantastic doctor. He performed 2 different surgeries on my neck. The office is very unorganized. I appointment was scheduled for 2pm and at 3pm there are still 7 people to be seen before me. Something needs to be done or I will find another Neurology surgeon.
I have to say I was incredibly disappointed in this doctor. He was recommended to me but I can't say I would pass the same fate on to anyone else. I have been having neck issues/pain for years now and finally got seen for it. I got an x-ray, went in to talk about my results, he spent less than 5 minutes with me. He said, the x-ray wasn't bad enough to do anything about it and I should just go get injections and live with it. He didn't even bother to feel my neck or do any further investigating. Dr. Ray saved my quality of life. No other neurosurgeon would touch me. Dr. Pulak Ray agreed to do my surgery and took me out of a wheelchair and allowed me to walk again without pain. I owe my quality of life to Dr Ray. He is the best neurosurgeon anybody could ask for thank you Dr Ray forgiving back my life and allowing me to live a quality of life.
