This practice have never been run very efficiently but has gotten considerably worse. I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm on August 27th . The morning of the 27th Prody's office called my home 3 times , leaving a message asking me if I could come in early to help them out. I called and confirmed that they wanted me in early, got a confirmation that they did and I drove 45 miles to Prody's office only to wait for one hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room before I just left.never again

Lady at front desk friendly, bathroom waste basket overflow, toilet messy, staff of 3 talking personal stuff by the desk.. all rushy rushy.. Noone wants to take the time to hear you out.. Attitudes must go.. with staff.. I dread to go back. Doctor is fine. Called in wrong script info to pharmacy twice.. I wonder if the doctor knows what's going on here.. Poorly ran office.

Most self-righteous Doctor I've ever met. He cut off everyone in the family when we were asking questions about our father's surgery, dismissing concerns that later turned out to be significant. He only did something when he saw himself that dad's catheter bag was bloody, and I cannot help but think that contributed to my father's death the day after he had surgery with Prody. Every other physician that worked on dad's case sent a card or came by personally to express condolences, but not him.

Went in for baselines for recurring UTI's. Dr. and med asst used cancer word before any testing. Heard the same diagnosis for patient in next room. Performed cystoscopy with no monitor and said there was a mass and two red lesions and asked if I smoked or worked around radiation bcuz his findings were conclusive of someone w/ CA. Wanted to do biopsy. On a gut feeling, went to another urologist who did cystoscopy w/ monitor that showed a normal bladder. As a med asst prof, this is unacceptable.
