I had an infection after my eye surgery. During the surgery, Dr. Gupta was eating rice in the operating room, which I believe may have caused contamination. After I developed the infection, I called the receptionist for help, but the response was very rude and unhelpful. Because of this, I went to Surrey Memorial Hospital Emergency, where the staff took good care of me and properly explained how to care for my eye after surgery. I have had nothing but excellent service and care with Dr. Gupta and her support staff over the years. Now that I have finally had both of my cataract surgeries completed just this past month I couldn't be happier with the results. No more glasses needed for long distance viewing. It feels kind of strange driving without the need for glasses. I have already recommended Dr. Gupta to many friends. I wouldn't have anyone else for my eye care needs.
Dr Gupta has been helping me with my glaucoma for several years and is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, very caring and listens to your concerns. She has helped my glaucoma tremendously with different effective procedures. I would highly recommend her.
