Down to earth and reasonable Dr. Edit: had to change the review due to poor performance from front staff. Had to reschedule an appointment 3 times the front office staff didn't know what they were doing. I was polite during all of this, but then I was abruptly put on hold without warning mid sentence, I hung up and called back a few minutes later and cancelled all my appointments. You girls are worthless....
