I already once wrote a review for this place and how terrible their business practices are, deleted it after having somebody finally reaching out giving me a sobstory about how hard it is to find staff, just to again have to write down my disappointment with this place. Months ago I had a visit with the Dr also doing labs, the invoice for the labs came in weeks before I finally could get an appointment to review the results- I just couldn't reach anybody. I would like to personally thank the staff at Dr. Prit E family care for their professionalism and timely service. I was a little hesitant being that I am new to the area but they came with high recommendation. I am glad to say Ive found my new primary care provider as i embark on my new chapter in this state!
They do not answer the phone hardly ever and I'm very disappointed in their lack of response - I have tried calling the office repeatedly the last two days and there is no answer and no return phone call when I am in need of antibiotics. This also happened back in March and back then I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt so I didn't leave a review, but a few months ago I also had to call repeatedly for over a month to get my migraine medication refilled. I was initially impressed with the care I received from Dr. Prit E, however, I have been trying to reach the office for the past 2 weeks to discuss results of some lab work and refill of prescriptions, to no avail. I had to change my primary care physician to get my meds refilled and consult with me on my lab results.
