I am go glad I decided to go with Dr Yalamanchili. I had back surgery many years ago in nyc and it was a very long recovery. When my back started hurting again I was scared that I might need more surgery. I tried injections and therapy and everything to avoid surgery but it became obvious that the only fix was more surgery. I sought out multiple opinions from different surgeons and my pain management doctor recommend Dr Y. I met with him multiple times and he answered all my questions. Ultimately I decided to trust his recom... read more

I am not one to write reviews. I have seen Dr Yalamanchili for many years and the level of attention and care had changed over time. Without going into details about my condition, my primary care doctor (so not a specialist) diagnosed something and had an accurate insight this doctor missed. He hardly spent Tpke with me (a colleague of mine also sees him and noticed a similar issue): he is in a hurry and doesn’t give proper attention to his patients. I am willing to pay out of pocket for an out of network OP surgeon, so that... read more

I did some research and landed on Dr. Yalamanchili who decided to take on my health case. At the time I had back injury that was killing me in every aspect of my life. Physically I was weak, in constant pain from sciatica, crying everyday unable to walk, on 10 diff- pills, would wake myself up from screaming in agony while sleeping, and my kids watching me cry myself to sleep. I was not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Depression was setting in and I wanted out, I wanted to have my legs amputated cause thats how ba... read more

Great visit. Told me I didn't need surgery. Spent time with me explaining my condition and treatment. Very happy with the doctor and office.

Always pleasant and compassionate. When the insurance company didnt want to approve my surgery, he didn’t give up and we were able to get it approved. The surgery has helped me feel so much better and now I am recovering right on course thanks to him.

I had been suffering with back pain for years. Dr. Y recommended surgery but I was afraid. I finally couldn't take the pain anymore and had the surgery done and now I wish I had listened to him sooner. Felt so much better in days, I couldn't believe it. What an amazing doctor and such a nice man.

The reception area is hit or miss. This dr has poor communication skills and seemed uninterested in the appt. Entire appt lasted 5 minutes. Meanwhile other spine surgeons and Drs have told me (free mri review but they don't take my insurance) that I will be looking at neck surgery sooner rather than later. I'll be looking for a different, better spine surgeon.

I met Dr. Yalamanchili MD at the Brick location and found him to be extremely pleasant and interested in listening to me, the patient. He did not rush the appointment, was willing to listen to me talk and was more than willing to refer me to other physicians in the group that could help me. The front desk employees were professional and very pleasant. This was a real positive experience and it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Yalamanchili.
