When someone is need of services it is highly rude to just transfer someone while they are talking. If you cannot have a kind heart also known as being empathetic, what is the point working in the behavioral health field. It is so discouraging that I am calling to seek help for myself and to be treated disregarded manner is hurtful. Please work on your customer service Jessia.
I saw Dr. Jetty while in Huntsville Hospital. He was cold, uncaring, and mocked me for having an addiction. I've seen psychiatrists for about 15 years. I've never met one as unprofessional as this one!
