Dr. Olson is everything you want your pediatric ER doctor to be - kind, insightful, caring, gentle and inclusive when communicating with the parent & child. We felt heard & understood and left with the confidence that we had the best care. She did not rush us or make us feel like we were not the most important case in the ER.
Dr. Olson is honest, compassionate, and great with kids. I cannot imagine working at a pediatric emergency room is easy and yet she took time with my child and did not make me feel rushed. I hope I don't have to go in again but if I do, I hope she is working because I felt I was in good hands with her.
