I recently had a panniculectomy and mini tummy tuck with Dr. Upadhyaya. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. He and his staff explained the procedure to me and I feel I received amazing care with him. I'm happy with the results.

Absolutely the best surgeon for reconstructive plastic procedures. I drive 1.5 hours to see him one-way. He is a perfectionist and his attention to detail is immaculate. His colleague Carolyn Duca, NP is a blast and makes you feel comfortable during your visits as well, even during difficult times. Upstate and our area are lucky to have Dr. Upadhyaya and his team.
The best. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction to get rid of Stage 0 Ductal Carcinoma In Situ breast cancer on March 10, 2020, seven days before the Plague shut the world down. Dr Upadhyaya has taken me through 3 surgeries after my breast cancer diagnosis. He is amazing and his work is perfection. Truly love him!!
I highly recommend Dr Upadhyaya and his staff! They were very professional and personable! Dr Upadhyaya cares about his patients and explains everything in detail. It is important to him that his patients are comfortable and happy with the results. Can't say enough and am very happy! My outcome is very natural and my surgery went well with no complications!
Dr. Uphadhyaya is the absolute best. He performed my reconstruction after mastectomy and I cannot put into words how absolutely amazed I am at the results. The discomfort after surgery was so much less than I had expected. I just could not be happier with the results and I think I look better now than BEFORE my mastectomy! If you're looking for a reconstructive plastic surgeon, look no further and worry no more, Dr. Uphadhyaha is the creme' de la creme'.
Dr. Uphadhyaya and his staff were absolutely excellent. I had a bilateral mastectomy and Dr. Uphadhyaya performed my reconstruction. I was able to get a next day appt for my initial evaluation and felt so comfortable and confident in my care. He performed my surgery and was extremely kind, understanding, with excellent bedside manner. I had minimal post op discomfort, and am absolutely astonished at the cosmetic results of my surgery. He's amazing.
Seems to be very meticulous, and pays attention to details. Also love his NP, Carol, very personable and puts you at ease.
