I called this office in mid afternoon and they asked if I could come in right away to be seen. The Office Manager was great and the Doctor was exemplary. Even though they had patients until the end of the day, they told us to come in and the Doctor waited for me and helped me. Great office and Doctor.
Walking through the door, immediately, Dr. Chokshi's team was warm and welcoming! Working with different businesses big and small, it's hard for me to NOT see quality within a business, or the lack thereof. Working in the dentistry field, it one of the most sensitive and vulnerable times for patients. Therefore, you can imagine that customer service and care is important.
