Dr. Avhad has been my pain management specialist for approximately two years. Dr. Avhad has excellent bedside manners and has always made me feel that I have been listened to. She is extremely thorough and conservative in her treatment. However she is also willing to refer out to other specialist to create a comprehensive treatment plan. i had injections from dr. Ahvad and i received somewhat relief. The Dr. is kind, professional and caring.
Dr Avhad is a thorough professional who is articulate, knowledgeable and kind. I had an excellent experience with my pain management treatment. She not only explained the situation to me but followed up personally with few phone calls and suggestions. She was highly accommodative as I had a tight schedule. The procedure went well. She extremely good at her job as the treatment was almost painless. I strongly recommend her for pain management.
Non caring treats you like the CHART you are.
She did not explain my condition very well. Did not even remember how many shots she put into my leg. She just kept telling me don't worry I'l help you but did not explain what was cause of my pain or any procedures, just told me to look it up on google. Mostly looked at her computer than me. Felt frustrated with the staff as well when I called for disability papers, I kept getting the run around. All I wanted was to be pain free and instead it was more of a headache to deal with this office.
She doesn't follow through with her appointments. She had me schedule an MRI and though she gave me the prescription, she never followed through. This doctor is incompetent and should have her license revoked.
