I had a 2:00 appointment and I still had not seen the doctor at 3:00. I had another appointment at 4:00 somewhere else and had to ask to use a phone to have a family member cancel it. If the doctor was behind schedule, I would have appreciated knowing that so I could have rescheduled my appointment for another time. This isn’t the first time that this has happened.
I always feel better after a visit.
