This is the worst doctors place to exist the receptionist is rude, she never followed up with my others surgery tests, then she proceeds to call other doctors and tell them false information about us, when she never called for a check up or anything and she also deleted my previous comment I had a whole review written about my experience
Dr. Singh and the front desk person are wonderful. Dr. Singh answers all my questions and provides details for my condition. The receptionist (sorry, forget her name) has always been very pleasant and punctual. I am grateful I was referred to Dr. Singh. These two bad reviews are so wrong. The second review sad he was referred to another doctor by the receptionist. This is bogus.
The receptionist is a significant problem, before one can get an appointment you have to meet her expectations. She does not understand what a patient is and when one makes a call it is because there is a problem and need for medical attention not a interrogation and be sent to another doctor instead of getting an appointment that was requested. She is not the doctor, she should answer the phones and not make you wait 48 hrs. to get a call back for her message because she is not doing her job. It is bad enough to find a doct... read more
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dr. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr Singh this week for an issue with my toddler. He’s amazing!!! A real professional yet kind and courteous. Great listener. I have never felt so comfortable before seeing a specialist. Even my toddler was relaxed. He took such great care of us. Was referred and got an appointment in no time. Also his receptionist is so helpful and thorough. I wish every doctor’s experience was this positive. Made the world of difference to us. Thank you Dr Singh.
