We went to get the BCG vaccine for my kids. Loved the service provided by Dr Prabhu! Good place to get the international travel vaccinations in Western Sydney.
I'm about to travel to Africa and needed yellow fever & other vaccines. Dr Prabhu explained very clearly the risks, treatments, options and costs before the injections. Such vaccines are not on the PBS, so you pay the market cost. Of the $95 appointment fee, $75 is recoverable from Medicare. Dr Prabhu did the injections very quickly and professionally. This doctor surgery is the same place as the International Travel Vaccination centre which I didn’t know before I attended. So, I booked my appointment online in the morning to get my first shot of Astra-Zeneca vaccine. Got the confirmation email. Arrived for my appointment late afternoon only to be told by the receptionist that they don’t do vaccines on Monday. What? A vaccine centre, in the middle of a pandemic isn’t doing vaccines every day? They squeeze all the appointments in over 2 days other days. Mind you no one else... read more
