Doctor Ruggles has been my nephrologist for nearly 14 years and I've never had a problem with him. He has gone above and beyond anything I ever needed. He worked with my transplant doctors in SF before and after my last transplant and continued to be my doctor after I resumed dialysis these past 6 years. He always treated me with respect and like family. I just found out he retired.
