I was a patient of this practice for many years and always found the dentist, Scott Posen to be knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough. The quality of dental care was excellent. Over time, however, I noticed a change in the office atmosphere. I experienced communication and billing concerns that were not clearly explained, and when I sought clarification, I was dismissed as a patient; my family and I were told not to return. We had a date set for may 11th to pay an outstanding balance. The receptionist called back to tell me she’s not the person who agree so she will send my bill to collections. She was very rude they get a 1 star from me.
Dr Posen and the team of hygienists and office staff are great. They always take the best care of me and my teeth are always bright and clean. They explain everything they are going to do so there are no surprises and check in while doing procedures to ensure my comfort. I always recommend Dr Posen to friends looking for a dentist
I went there today for a cleaning and OMG! What an incredible team they have. Reception Ali is always the sweetest. Scott is gentle and truly cares for everyone. Would never switch
