I had a great experience with Dr. Porwal and his team. He took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood my results. He was very friendly and patient, answering all of my questions without rushing. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and responsive during all four of my appointments. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience—I highly recommend Dr. Porwal!
Dr. Porwal is good, but it's impossible to get an appointment that's not 3-4 weeks out. He goes away on vacation for a month at a time at least twice a year. He just got back after being gone for the entire month of March. I'm surprised to see negative reviews of his long-time receptionist, Mina. She's wonderful. I've been dealing with her for more than a decade now and she's kind, friendly, and will go the extra mile for me when needed. I really appreciate you, Mina! Andrea, on the other hand, can be snippy.
Dr Porwal takes his time and doesn’t rush you out . He’s very good with his explanations . He doesn’t overbook so I’ve never waited long to see him . Love the girls in the office as well . Super friendly.
