Dr. Tandon is a great psychiatrist and always seeks to provide the best medication that fits your needs and neuro chemistry. If one medication doesn’t fit you can always let her know and she will go above and beyond to get you the right one. I only have one problem: they don't answer the phone. Although they try to make it up to you. You can also send a message through the Contact Us section of their website if they don't answer. If they don't answer the phone, this is my go-to method.

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ONE STAR, IT'S A ZERO. CANNOT REACH ANYONE ON THE THE PHONE. I LEFT MESSAGES FOR 3 WEEKS!!!! HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND DR. TANDON ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CAMERA. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER CALLED BACK TO SEE IF I COULD TRY AGAIN. LEFT ME HANGING BIG TIME. SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! SPREAD THE WORD. SHE SHOULDN'T BE DEALING WITH PEOPLE AT ALL 😡
I was given Pooja Tandon as an alternative because I originally wanted another psychiatrist in the practice who was more qualified but she was not taking new patients. Dr. Tandon was covered by my insurance which was great not fully covered but eh . I went to my appointment on 12/8/21, however she was one of the worst Psychiatrists I ever dealt with .
