Dr Sharma is a top professional. She makes you feel welcome and you do not wait long when visiting the office. I feel fortunate to have her as my Doctor. I have a second appointment soon and feel confident I will receive the treatment I require.
Good afternoon , I needed to see the doctor for a pain I have in my leg . After going back and forth with this office and asking me to get the referral and approval from my insurance and giving me different codes I needed for the referral, I showed up to my appointment . When the front desk young lady Anahia asked me for the referral I handed her the paper , she told me the codes were wrong and the referral was not valid . From the moment I called to make the appointment, everything was flawless. I got an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and was immediately taken for x-rays. After being escorted to an examination room, I waited no longer than 5 minutes before the doctor came in the room. I have seen Dr. Sharma before and I went back to her due to her thoroughness and professionalism. I don't believe there is a better experience than the one I had yesterday. Excellent all around.
