Waiting 40min without calling my name and another 30 min till seeing doctor. Regardless how good of the doctor is, this is ridiculous especially rudeness of receptionist.
Today, I underwent a colonoscopy with Dr. Oh. Both the doctor and the nurses treated me exceptionally well; everyone was so lovely, and I was truly impressed. Thank you so very much!
