Dr. Bescos is dismissive and I absolutely cannot recommend her. My pharmacist explained more than this doctor did about a new medication. I’m addition, I went to a new doctor and was diagnosed with a severe health issue that Dr. Bescos completely dismissed by telling me my symptoms were no big deal. On top of it, the office staff here is very rude and unprofessional, as if they are very uncomfortable in this office themselves - big red flag, very telling. Again, I cannot recommend visiting this office and/or doctor.
Front office staff is the best I have seen so far. They are very friendly, super comfortable to work with, patient oriented and this seems to be the place where you can find "Integrity & Honesty". I will anytime recommend to this office.
Dr. Bescos is amazing. She is kind, she seems genuinely interested in not only your health but your life. She's very conversational and puts you at ease. However, while I have never once been treated rudely by her staff, her PA Guiselle has zero time management skills and will rarely ever respond to an email or a phone call which makes it extremely difficult to reach Dr. Bescos through her. Dr Bescos is OUTSTANDING! I was looking for a new PCP over a year ago and found her. From day one she's been compassionate, helpful, caring in every way possible. She listens to every concern and is very straight forward about health concerns and always providing excellent feedback. She's probably one the the best doctors I've had. After a year she helped get my health back on track and help me feel healthier and better physically. Keep up the great work! ?
Dr. Bescos is the best doctor you can have . She is very patient. You can talk to her about anything! She answers any questions you may have!
I have gone to Dr. Bescos for nearly 10 years now. She is extremely professional, takes the time to get to know you and what your issue(s) are and never rushes through your appt. Very thorough. If I need to be seen for a more urgent need and she does not have an opening, the office gets me in with one of the PAs and I have always experienced the same professionalism and attention from them. Dr. Bescos is fine; however, as others have mentioned, her staff is unprofessional and rude! The last two times I was in the office, they FORGOT me after I saw the doctor, and left me waiting another 30 minutes. Also, I was billed for something I never even saw the doctor for. Also, she sent me to the lab (within her office) for a blood draw. I witnessed the person in line in front of me get stabbed with a needle FOUR times before the tech finally went and got help from a supervisor. I left!
The doctor is in the office Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 12:00 is hard to find an appoiment, and you finish paying to see the assistant,not the doctor. When you call for appoiment they leave your call in hold for long time and sometimes they hang up the call, is not a good customer service
