I'd like to give a zero. I'm trying to get healthcare for my mother and contacted this office. They asked for mom's records to decide if they could help her. They decide they can, so we set up an appointment. Today, when we've come to the office, they realize that they don't accept mom's Medicare supplement insurance. (I assume they take Medicare in a practice of elders.) The receptionist literally said, "Because we won't get paid, we won't see her." Medicare covers 80% of the bill. He was the only doctor who took the time to look at my aging mother’s hands and figure out that she had carpal tunnel syndrome. He is responsive and respectful. Adjusts medicine as needed with a conservative view as it should be. Lynn strikes me as being a person of few words. But while she is not overly outgoing, she is efficient and does her job. She was particularly helpful to me in helping me to get a referral when my PCP failed to do so. I have no complaints and I actually think this is a great office!

I have been a patient for a few yrs now i like this office very friendly staff dr Rocca is very gentle and very polite to me i would recommend him to others
