Attended both days of the Jazz Fest, The performers were great as expected but the event planners have a lot to learn. Poorly organized, video screens too small and poorly placed. Too much time spent waiting in line and with intermissions filled with nonsense. So much time was waisted the Saturday headliner Booney James who was scheduled to start at 9 didn't come on till 10:35 and only had time to perform 3 songs and had to be shut down at 11 because of a noise ordnance. Poorly planned and layout. Only one entrance and exit on day one. Glad there was no emergency. Waited over an hour to get in on day one. Show was 1 to 2 hours behind schedule. Music was great, however, speakers should have been located so those in GP can hear what was spoken by others. A couple of jumbotron should have also been placed in GP area. It was Orlando's City first and they're going to work it out for a greater 2018 Festival. Disney did have a Jazz Festivsl at Downtown Disney area in late 90s that was exceptional. ... read more
