I attended the jazz festival this weekend , venue is beautiful however the sound system was awful! We could not hear when the artists were talking. Otherwise it was nice.
We attended the Orlando Jazz Festival and paid for VIP tickets. The festival was so poorly organized! No signage was used until Saturday, so you had to relay on asking people standing in line for logistics, which no one really had the right information. The website promised tables and chairs for VIP, which turned out to be untrue. The festival ran 1 1/2 to 2 hours late each day, and the top headliner on Saturday cut his set to 3 songs -everyone was furious!!! Planners....Come to JACKSONVILLE JAZZ FESTIVAL in May to see how it's done!!! Wasn't worth the $$$$ we spent for VIP TICKETS.�
This theater is a wonderful place for the arts and for the community! Once the final addition is complete the place will be one of a kind! Always an enjoyable time! Ushers and servers do an awesome job! Such an upgrade from the Bob Carr!
