The Jazz was "Excellent", but the arrangements for Entrance with Preferred Seating was not except-able!!! The diagram for the event showed VIP and Preferred Seating using one entrance while General Admission (GA) using another entrance. Was told that we had to use the GA Entrance. Waited in line for 1.5 hours to get in after paying extra for Preferred and missed a lot of the Event!!!! Food Vendors ran out of food and had to wait and hour for food with very long lines. May not attend next year. Lots of changes should be made ... read more

We were there Saturday night for The Little Mermaid. The venue was great, clean and beautiful. The Ushers were very polite and helpful. The show itself was fantastic. Also inside the theatre the temperature was comfortable, it was set up inside very nicely. I will definitely come back in the future!
