My granddaughter had an appt. for a follow-up visit. When she got there, she was not even allowed to see the Dr. but instead was presented with a huge bill from her visit two weeks prior. She left very upset. Turns out it was the staff fault for billing the wrong insurance. The doctor is wonderful, but his front office staff in Evanston is very snotty and more worried about payments than patients. Very hurtful and disappointing. No apology or anything from them.
