Everyone is so professional and someone was always available if I had concerns or questions when I was pregnant!
Wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Agrusa is my go to doctor but when he isn't available I know he will make sure I am taken care of and I always feel well cared for by the other doctors and N.P.s
They cancelled my appointment (30 day check on IUD)(and cancelled when I was on my way to the appointment) due to the dr.’s children being sick. That’s fine. Things happen, but they never even called me back to reschedule when they were the ones that cancelled. Also I emailed the dr letting her know that I was upset about the lack of customer service for nobody calling me to reschedule. They never responded.
