Absolutely a disappointment. Office personal (office manager) seem to forget to return calls.
I was under Dr. Mercado's care for both my babies and in between. I could not speak more highly of the care she provided. She took her time and listened to my questions. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her answers. She's very proactive if she foresees any issues arising during pregnancy or general gynecological health. Very gentle with examinations, excellent bedside manner. I was so grateful to her care that recommended Dr. Mercado to friends and family.
She’s very caring. Not all doctors will have a sonogram on a patient before they deliver to make sure the baby is in the right position and the cord isn’t around the baby’s neck. There were no surprises when it came time to push. Love her.

Dr. Fritz Has done two procedures for me. The first was very minor and I met him once, the rest of my dealers were with his PA Anna who was very personable And seemed competent. The second time in six months later I need a fusion and he was very thorough when we met in person, went over the entire process, and I was pleased with the surgery. I love Dr. Moreano. He delivered 2 of my kids. They were both close in age. My son is 2 will be 3 in November. And my daughter is 1 will be 2 in January. He is nice, respectful, caring, and really cares about the mother and baby. Hes amazing at what he does. I wouldn't choose another doctor. He really listens and wants what's best for you as the mother. He trys to make everything as comfortable as possible. I was in a lot of pain getting to the end of my pregnancy's. Dr. Stull was recommended to me for total shoulder replacement surgery by my gym, personal and medical professional friends. I found they were all correct - he is warm, cordial, professional, very experienced. While in the hospital I always looked forward to his visits. He explains details, answers questions, is patient and relaxed. My post surgery examinations were affirming, on time and supportive. Like the multiple people in Lawrence, Kansas I highly recommend Dr. Stull!
