Got my septorhino done 2 weeks ago here. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The process between consult and booking the surgery was efficient. The pre and post op nurse Monica was very sweet and caring after and extremely helpful. On cast removal day nurse Maddie was very informative and sweet. I am ecstatic about my results. Dr Solomon is an expert at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for amazing realistic results.
I had a lower bleph done by Dr. Solomon a year and a half ago and I love the results. He truly cares about his patients and gives honest advice, even if it means recommending less or nothing at all. His integrity is why his work is so natural and elegant. Since my surgery, I’ve been back for follow-ups and other treatments such as injectables with Maddie, who is fantastic. Dr. Solomon and his team - shoutout to Lauren, Maya, and Nancy - are all such a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait for my next treatment!
From the moment you make your first phone appointment, the entire staff at Dr Solomon's office is all very professional yet friendly and put you at ease. I had an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience at this clinic. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, every step was disappointing. During the consultation, I felt completely dismissed. The doctor barely spent a few minutes with me and failed to provide a proper informed consent process.
