Dr Loria is a great dermatologist IF you can get an appointment. Office staff is TERRIBLE! Have tried to make an appointment for weeks and always get busy signal. Only once did I get an actual person. I told her I needed to make an appointment and I am an existing patient. Was put on hold and then disconnected. Have tried to call back numerous times but no answer. Terrible client service!!!
Was very pleased by his diagnosis and explanations. Love going to him because he is to the point and zaps me with the torch. Ouch! My only problem is with waiting time. It's ridiculous, 1 1/2 hrs, then he comes in and I'm done in 5 mins. My time is valuable too!
Terrible! Called office to make an appointment for my daughter and received "zero" assistance. I understand no new patients being accepted by Dr. Loria, but when I asked for another doctor recommendation was told, "No. Only dermatologists in Oxford." Very disappointed in how this medical doctor's office responded to a patient in immediate need.
Very professional, takes time to explain condition and treatment path. Makes you feel comfortable and spends adequate time but not excessive.
