I was referred to this dentist for a root canal and received a very large unexpected bill in the mail. The rude and unprofessional front desk associate failed to tell me that this specific dentist was not within my network, whereas the other dentist in office was. After I got the large bill and called to get more information as to why I was not informed, all she did was tell me there was nothing she could do.
