I escorted an elderly gentleman here for a 9:30 appointment. Office was still closed when we arrive and he had to call them to remind them he was there, strike one. The receptionist desk was messy and cluttered with papers (left side of photo), strike two. Dentist is retiring in about two months thus he couldn't help his patient with a lengthy procedure, strike three. Bottom line is if the doctor can no longer handle the job, it's time to hang up the stethoscope.
