Disappointing. My mom was talked to in a dismissive, demeaning and extremely judgmental way. She was offered no course of action or offered any options to help with debilitating pain. Was told "no one in the entire CT Ortho practice would see her because of her age and weight", and no plan of action was offered for any kind of relief from the extreme pain, simply there is nothing to do for her.
